WA Health Agency Commissioning Plan for Community Services

The WA Health Agency Commissioning Plan for Community Services (ACP) provides an overview of WA Health’s planned approach to commissioning community services over the next 5 years (2024–2028), with a focus on the first 2 years (2024–2025) and on expiring contracts.
This ACP is developed under the Government of Western Australia’s State Commissioning Strategy for Community Services 2022 (the State Commissioning Strategy). It outlines how WA Health intends to progressively implement a strategic commissioning approach for community services going forward that encompasses the end-to-end policy and delivery cycle.
