WA Health is reporting a total of 11,832 new cases to 8pm last night. There are currently 73,397 active cases in Western Australia.
To 8pm last night, there were 312 people with COVID-19 in hospital, 6 in ICU.
Sadly, today’s report includes two deaths, which date back to 20th May and were reported to WA Health yesterday; a man in his 70s and a man in his 80s.
Due to confidentiality, no further information will be released by the Department.

- This data is based on the residential postcode of each case. The case may have an isolation address in another region.

Of the 11,832 cases, 4,395 were confirmed via PCR test, the remaining 7437 were self-reported positive rapid antigen tests.
A total of 13,374 PCR tests were conducted at either state-run or private pathology clinics yesterday.
WA has recorded 695,963 cases since the COVID-19 pandemic began.
