COVID-19 update – 6 September 2020

The Department of Health has reported one new case of COVID-19 in Western Australia overnight, bringing the State’s total to 656.

The new case is a man in his 40s, who has returned from overseas.

WA now has three active COVID-19 cases.

To date, 644 confirmed cases have recovered from the virus in WA.

Yesterday 509 people presented to WA COVID-19 clinics – 488 were assessed and 487 were swabbed.
