The Department of Health has reported three new cases of COVID-19 in Western Australia overnight.
The confirmed cases – males aged between 34 and 51 – are all associated with overseas travel. One is a returned traveller from the UK and two are crew from a bulk carrier anchored nine nautical miles off Port Hedland.
The State’s total is now 668. There are nine active cases being monitored.
To date, 650 confirmed cases have recovered from the virus in WA.
Yesterday 517 people presented to WA COVID-19 clinics – 504 were assessed and 500 swabbed.
There have been 407,307 COVID-19 tests performed in WA. Of those tested, 69,753 were from regional WA.
