The Department of Health has reported two new cases of COVID-19 in Western Australia overnight, bringing the State’s total to 607.
Both cases are related to overseas travel and are in hotel quarantine.
There are four active cases in the State, following one additional recovery overnight. A total of 594 people have now recovered from the virus in WA.
Yesterday 1,127 people presented to WA COVID-19 clinics – 1,089 were assessed and 1,077 were swabbed.
To date there have been 164,147 COVID-19 tests performed in WA. Of those tested, 28,858 were from regional WA.
