The Department of Health has reported four new cases of COVID-19 in Western Australia overnight, bringing the State’s total to 651.
The four new cases relate to one family who returned to Perth from overseas and are in hotel quarantine.
WA has nine active COVID-19 cases – all are Western Australians who have returned from overseas travel.
To date, 633 confirmed cases have recovered from the virus in WA.
Yesterday 851 people presented to WA COVID-19 clinics – 828 were assessed and 821 were swabbed.
There have been 296,802 COVID-19 tests performed in WA. Of those tested, 49,215 were from regional WA.
