The Department of Health has reported two new cases of COVID-19 overnight, as well as two historical cases, bringing the State’s total to 634.
The two new cases are returned overseas travellers currently in hotel quarantine. The two historical cases were based on serology – these cases were linked to cruise ship travel.
There are now 21 active COVID-19 cases in Western Australia – all in hotel quarantine.
To date, 604 people have recovered from the virus in WA.
Yesterday 429 people presented to WA COVID-19 clinics – 410 were assessed and 407 were swabbed.
