- rehabilitation
- geriatric evaluation and management (GEM)
- psycho-geriatric care

Services can be delivered in a range of inpatient and outpatient settings, including:
- inpatient hospital wards
- day therapy units
- through geriatric and psycho-geriatric consultation and liaison services
- rehabilitation in the home
- community and home-based services.
