Service Agreements 2014-15 — Abridged

The Service Agreements include the health services to be provided by the Area Health Services during the term of the Service Agreement that are within the overall expense limit set by the Department CEO in accordance with the State Government’s purchasing intentions.

Although Fiona Stanley Hospital is not recognised as a separate Area Health Service for the period 1 July 2014 to 30 June 2015, as a newly commissioned hospital a separate Service Agreement was produced to be executed by the Chief Executive of the hospital. For future years, the Fiona Stanley Hospital will be incorporated in the South Metropolitan Health Service—Service Agreement.
