Service Agreement Budget Deeds of Amendment 2017-18 — Abridged

As a consequence of the WA State Election for 2017, the WA State Budget was not delivered until September 2017. The Service Agreement Budget Deed of Amendment 2017-18 for each Health Service Provider represents the changes to the previously executed Service Agreement 2017-18 as a consequence of changes in the WA State Budget.

Although PathWest Laboratory Medicine WA (PathWest) is not recognised as a separate Health Service Provider for the period 1 July 2017 to 30 June 2018, a separate Service Agreement Budget Deed of Amendment was produced to be executed by the Board Chair and Chief Executive of the North Metropolitan Health Service.
